Orders & Payments

1. What payment methods do you accept?

We currently only accept PayPal as our payment method. However, we are working on integrating third-party payment services in the coming days, which will allow us to support more payment options soon. Stay tuned!

2. How can I track my order?

On the right side of the header on the Bobotoys homepage, there is a profile icon. You can click it to access your profile page and view all orders. You can also track the logistics information of your orders.

3. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of placing your order. Please note that the success of the cancellation depends on the order's shipping status.

4. When will my payment be processed?

Your payment will be processed immediately upon order confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with all transaction details.

5. Why was my payment declined?

Payment can be declined for various reasons, such as incorrect card details or insufficient funds. Please double-check your information, or try a different payment method.

Shipping & Returns

1. When will my order be shipped?

We will update the logistics information within one or two business days after the order is successfully placed.

2. How can I track my shipment?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email to monitor the delivery status. Alternatively, you can visit your profile page to view all orders and track the shipping status.

3. What is your return policy?

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. For details, please refer to our Refund policy.
