Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@bobotoys.com. Please specify the order number for the return and provide the purchase details for identity verification.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Products with non-human-induced damage are eligible for free returns or exchanges, but you need to provide photos or videos, such as an unboxing video. For returns without any quality issues, a $3.99 USD shipping fee will apply.

 

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

 

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and inform you of the refund method. Refunds are typically processed automatically through the original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card company may also take some time to process and post the refund.
